2.Why I can't login my site account?
Yes, it happens for some cusomters sometimes.And we are still checking the reasons for that, usually we suggest you to delete your current cookies and close all the windows and lower the privacy level in tools/IE settings, then restart your computer, it may works.
If the problems still occurs, you can call our online service to help, we usually use our own account or login yours after your agreement , then we can buy the things you are looking for, you may need to pay the same price directly to our email address, then we will in proceeding your orders and deliver it.
If you do not feel comfortable to let us order for you, you can try to login your account at another time of the day.It may works.
3.What kind of payment method I can use?
We now accept paypal and western union as the current payment methods. The following payment methods have been closed because of some technical factors: Moneybooker, DBS/POSB and UOB.
4.How can you guys confirm my payment?
If you pay via paypal for the first purchase on us, we may need to call your real phone number, and it will take about 24 hours to verify your paypal account.You will enjoy 30 mins instant delivery in the future with the confirmation at the first time.(Note: The verification will be also put in practice when you pay with a paypal account which is different from the one you always used ) .
If you wanna an instant delivery without phone or any details confirmation for your first order on us, then please do choose Western Union as the payment method.
5.Why my payment shows to you guys as an Echeck? I did use paypal!
It takes more than 5 working days to clear off the E-check.
There are some options to choose while paying via paypal account and credit card, please choose the instant transfer at your end, not the Echeck, otherwise we will only receive a message here that you have sent us an uncleared bill, the paypal company will suggest us not delivering your order before it clears.
Besides, your payment is possibly shown here as an Echeck if there is not enough balance in your account or your credit card has expired, so you may need to input your card infomations again or charge your account , so the uncleared Echeck here will shown as an cleared one after more than 5 working days according to your regions.
6. I am not available to login the game after payment. What should I do?

There are 4 status will be seen.
'New'=We have not receive your payment yet, or we are confirming your payment or other information.
'Proceeding'=We have confirmed your payment and are preparing to deliver your orders.
'Finished'=We have finished the delivery.
'Void'=We have not received your payment after 24hours or we have refunded your payment or canceled your Echeck,or the order is a redundant one, etc.
9.How is delivery accomplished?
We have different ways to deliver the items based on your games.Please read our information carefully for each game, and choose the proper methods of delivery when you ordering.
10.How long does delivery take?
We will deliver your goods ASAP, if your ordered goods are not available, we will do our best to find some for you, and will refund your money if we could not offer that to you in 48 hours.
